CAR WINNER ANNOUNCED

Lucky Twin Towns member Sarndra McGregor drove away with the major prize in the exclusive Twin Towns Members' Car Promotion last month. Sarndra's name was drawn on Thursday 11th February in Breezes Live but she was not in the club and could not be contacted at the time.

However, our staff members surprised her the next day when she attended the show, Pete's Hidden Treasures. Sarndra was understandably overwhelmed by her win.

A little birdy has told us that Sarndra has picked two cars, to the value of $40,000 in total. Soon, Sarndra and family will be seen driving her brand new Holden Cruze and Suzuki Alto. Congratulations Sarndra.

SHANDELL PERFORMS LIVE AT CLUB BANORA

Queensland's newest country sensation Shandell Tosoni recently released her debut EP 'Take It Or Leave It' and now introduces her unique brand of music to Club Banora audiences.

Shandell grew up on her parents’ farm in Dimbulah, Far North Queensland. Besides her passion for music she has a great love of horses. Shandell continues to compete on the Queensland rodeo circuit in Barrel racing and break away calf roping.

She has been recognised as a gifted song-writer and talented performer since she was 17, becoming the youngest ever and first Australian musician to win the prestigious International Songwriters Award for the powerful 'Here with Me'. This acclaim led Shandell to Nashville, where she was able to hone her craft in the country music heartland, working alongside the industry's most acclaimed songwriters who have written international hits for artists such as Leann Rimes, Faith Hill, Trisha Yearwood and Tim McGraw. Shandell has since been turning heads back home at every event on the Australian country music calendar, as the Entertainer of the Year and Senior Female Vocalist of the Year at Tamworth Country Music Festival, and numerous nods at the Gympie Muster.

She has been invited to perform alongside country music greats Lee Kernaghan, Troy Cassar-Daly, Sara Storer, John Williamson and Tania Kernaghan, fitting in her touring schedule around the lead role in the Gold Coast's Australian Outback Spectacular.
