Terms & Conditions

1) This promotion is part of the Members Advantage Program. An entry ticket is gained when a member makes the first purchase of the day on a qualifying purchase that earns points on any dining, beverage or entertainment ticket over the counter or associated goods at Twin Towns Services Club, Twin Towns Club Banora, Twin Towns Juniors or Signatures Restaurant located at Outrigger Twin Towns Resort.

2) The entry ticket will be issued from any Members Advantage Kiosk.

3) One ticket per day per venue is the maximum issued per member.

4) Members are asked to place the entry ticket in the specially marked Viva Las Vegas entry boxes that will be placed in prominent positions within the Clubs. All tickets will be transferred to the official entry barrel at Twin Towns for the draw of that period.

5) Conditions of entry will be displayed at all point of sale terminals and on all promotional items and entry boxes.

6) In placing the entry ticket in an entry box the member agrees to the conditions of entry of the promotion. All tickets must be placed in the entry boxes by the end of trade the Saturday night before each Sunday draw.

7) No tickets are to be placed in the official entry barrel on draw day.

8) The promotion will commence on Monday 14th April and the first draw will take place on Sunday 11th May 2008 at 5pm at Twin Towns Services Club in Breezes Live.

9) The promotion will again commence on Monday 26th May and the draw will take place on Sunday 22nd June 2008 at 5pm at Twin Towns Services Club in Breezes Live.

10) The promotion will again commence on Monday 7th July and the draw will take place on Sunday 3rd August 2008 at 5pm at Twin Towns Services Club in Breezes Live.

11) The promotion will again commence on Monday 18th August and the draw will take place on Sunday 14th September 2008 at 5pm at Twin Towns Services Club in Breezes Live.

12) All losing tickets will be cleared from the barrel after each draw and discarded.

13) All draws will be announced simultaneously at the three Clubs and the details will include the members' name and card number. Members need not be present to claim their winning ticket for access to the major draw. 20 members tickets will be drawn at each draw, multiple tickets and multiple wins are permitted. Winners details will be displayed.

14) All members who are present have 4 minutes to advise the nearest staff member that they are one of the 20 winners by presenting their members card to that staff member. A winning member who is present at the draw will become eligible for the "Second Chance Showroom Gold Card Pass Draw".

15) All 80 winning tickets from these four draws will be eligible for entry into the major draw by the member or their nominated guest. The major draw will be held on Wednesday 8th October 2008 at the Showroom Gala Event.

16) The major draw will take place on Wednesday 8th October 2008 at the Showroom Gala Event. Four member's entries will be drawn. Multiple entries are permitted and multiple wins may be transferred to the member's guest of choice.

17) The Club's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

18) The draw will be scrutinised on Wednesday 8th October 2008, as per the Office of Liquor Gaming and Racing permit conditions.

19) The promotion is open to persons 18 years and over who are current financial members of Twin Towns Services Club Limited.

20) Management and staff of Twin Towns Services Club are ineligible to enter.

21) The final results will be published in the Daily News, The Gold Coast Bulletin and The Australian on Monday 13 October 2008.

Second Chance Showroom Gold Card Pass Draw

1) A second chance draw will take place 10 minutes after the weekly draws held on the four dates of Sunday 11th May, Sunday 22nd June, Sunday 3rd August and Sunday 14th September 2008 if required. This second draw is limited to the 20 draw day winning members and exclusive to members who are present at any of the three venues, Twin Towns Services Club, Club Banora or Twin Towns Juniors within 4 minutes of the daily draw. See condition (14) One double "Showroom Gold Pass" (maximum) can be won at each draw.

2) The 20 winning tickets of those draw day winners present will be are placed in a separate barrel and a members' ticket drawn. The member in attendance will become the recipient of the Showroom Gold Card Pass.

3) That member then wins a 12 month Showroom Gold Card Pass, effective from the date of issue of the card. This Showroom Gold Card Pass will be printed to include the winning members' name, badge number and photo and will be for gaining free access to shows when presented at the booking office. Normal availability conditions apply and tickets will only be issued when available.

4) The Showroom Gold Card Pass will need to be shown upon entry to any show which the member designates, along with a valid ticket, to attend during the 12 month period. This card is non transferable.
