Her 2000 debut at the Sydney Opera House in Scotland the Brave (with Colin Harper and the Queensland Pops Orchestra) was followed by a tour that saw her perform at the Melbourne Concert Hall and Wellington’s Michael Fowler Hall. Lisa’s performance was captured in a live recording released by the ABC Australia.
Lisa has had an interrupted career because of two separate Cancer Diagnosis, setting her professional career onto a new path. In 2011 Lisa became a published author with the release of her autobiography and CD “Heartsong – A Search for Harmony”. Heartsong spread internationally and in 2012, Lisa was invited by the First Lady of Armenia to perform a fundraising concert to help Armenian children with cancer. This journey ignited Lisa’s Philanthropic ventures inspiring her to help others to overcome the challenges around Cancer. Last year, Lisa became an Ambassador for the Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation (ACCF) and recently returned from Nepal where she trekked for 10 days, raising awareness for the women suffering with cervical cancer throughout the country.
With over 30 years of training and performing Lisa Lockland-Bell is now a passionate singer, vocal coach and speaker who is on a mission to propel and elevate professional performance through vocal excellence.
