- Show tickets are issued subject to Club Rules and as such patrons must comply with entrance requirements. Identification is required.
- The purchase of show tickets does not guarantee entry to the Club.
- There is no exchange or refund on tickets.
- Smoking is not permitted in the Showroom.
- Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult, as deemed by management of the Club, at all times.
- The maximum number of minors a responsible adult can have in their care is five.
- Responsible adult, in relation to a minor, means an adult who is:
a) a parent, step-parent or guardian of the minor, or
b) the minor's spouse or de facto partner, or
c) for the time being standing in as the parent of the minor
- Please note, confirmation with the Booking Office that these shows will proceed is recommended prior to the presentation of the show. However, if you have registered on our online booking system, we will be able to contact you, should there be a cancellation.
- Members' Melodies shows have no seating allocation. Membership cards must be shown on entry to the Showroom on the day of the show.
