Australia’s hit new Irish rock show, Eireborne, comes to Twin Towns in October. More than an Irish dance show, Eireborne is a theatrical experience like nothing you’ve seen before.

At O’Hennessy’s pub, the barman, played by Adrian Espulso (X-Factor and Channel Ten’s I Will Survive), welcomes the audience to a traditional ceili night.

His band of six musicians strum, drum, and bow both traditional and modern instruments, delivering worldwide hits from major Irish recording artists including U2, Van Morrison, The Cranberries, The Corrs, Sinead O’Connor, Ronan Keating and Enya.

All the music and songs in Eireborne are 100 percent live, performed on stage by musicians, with no backing tracks.

Dancers from legendary Irish shows Riverdance and Lord of The Dance kick up their heels performing traditional and modern Irish dance, as well as ballroom and tap dance.

Meet the locals, listen to their stories, clap your hands and sing along to the incredible list of hits.

Fronting the dance ensemble is former Riverdance cast member, Peta Anderson. Along with co-directing the production, Peta’s choreography showcases her unique ability to fuse the styles of Irish dance with tap rhythms and beats.

Take your seats, strap yourself in and prepare to be ‘Eireborne’ at this concert that puts a modern spin on all things Irish.

Twin Towns Showroom Saturday 27 October, 8pm Qld. Tickets $55.
