Over many years, Twin Towns has built a significant collection of beautiful Christmas decorations, which comes out of storage in late November in readiness to adorn the foyers, lounges and restaurants from 1 December.

All up, the Club has accumulated more than 25 statement pieces worth in excess of $150,000 – Christmas trees, wreaths, stars, Santa in his sleigh and the unmissable, four-metre high ‘Big Fella’ riding atop one of his glittering reindeers.

Once again this year, our members and visitors can snap a photo in Santa’s chair at the top of the main staircase at Twin Towns. Make sure you post your pic to Facebook and tag Twin Towns when you do!

We’re adding some new pieces in 2020 including a three-metre Christmas welcome sign and some 1.2 metre high illuminated gift boxes. Keep your eye out for the new additions. You won’t miss them!

Twin Towns’ major supplier of Christmas decorations, Chas Clarkson, with the help of Twin Towns’ tireless team of elves, spend an entire night spreading Christmas cheer around the Club. The same industrious team will return like clockwork on Wednesday 15 January to meticulously dismantle and store all the decorations in readiness for Christmas 2021.

These guys take their jobs very seriously. With our precious decoration inventory at stake, the cost of over $20,000 just to bring the display to life is where the Twin Towns difference really comes into play.

We hope you look at the decorations a little differently this year as it’s a massive undertaking to deck the halls of a Club the size of Twin Towns! It’s our way of saying Merry Christmas to one and all.
