Flame at Twin Towns introduces a new menu later this month that wraps up all the members and regular diners’ favourites with some exciting new dishes, themes and styles.

Executive Chef Lloyd Cremer said there are some new additions he knows members will really enjoy, especially if they are dining before an evening show or after Morning Melodies.

“One of the major changes will be the introduction of Flame Express which will be located in place of the existing Carvery.

“Flame Express will serve ‘fast and fresh’ meals for lunch at $12.95 and from $15.95 for dinner.

“A variety of changing themes will be introduced at Flame Express for dinner, including Asian, pasta, Mexican, BBQ, curry night and more.

“Popular lunch and dinner roasts will be served from the Flame Bistro and regulars will appreciate the same high standards they have come to expect,” said Lloyd.

Flame regulars will also discover lots of new dishes on the menu, including a revamp of meals from the grill such as Flame’s popular steaks, chicken, pork and Atlantic salmon.

Burgers, pizzas, schnitzels, light snacks, sandwiches and salads will all be available at Flame but some new additions across the board will keep Flame’s menus fresh and contemporary.

Flame on Level 1 opens seven days from 9am (Café). Meals are served in Flame from 10.30am (Sunday to Friday) and 9am on Saturdays.
