Spring is here, and to celebrate, chefs at Harbour Fresh and Gusti launch their brand-new menu, featuring succulent seafood, sizzling steaks and a sumptuous selection of classic Italian dishes.

Make a date for lunch or dinner at Harbour Fresh or dinner at Gusti and discover why these two restaurants have become the number one choice for those who enjoy stylish dining, full table service and an impressive wine list.

Highlights on new menu include entrées such as Crumbed Crab and Sweetcorn Cake with spring pea puree and roasted red pepper coulis and Steamed Black Mussels with tomato, chilli and saffron broth, served with crusty bread.

Mains include Dukkah-spiced Atlantic Salmon, Grilled Whole Sole, Italian-style Seafood Risotto with prawns, mussels, fish and squid, and creamy Chicken and Linguine Pasta with roasted field mushroom, blistered cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and cream.

Favourites from the previous menu return – Fish Mongers Fillet of the Day, Ale-Battered Barramundi and Dried Aged Wagyu Rump. Try the Chorizo, Haloumi and Smoked Paprika Prawn Skewers, served on a lemon thyme risotto cake and drizzled with a citrus butter sauce. Or the Grain-fed Beef Tenderloin with garlic cream prawns.

Team up your Mains with a choice of two accompaniments: fries, sweet potato fries, creamy mash, greens or salad.

Both restaurants are on the Mezzanine Level at Twin Towns and share the same menu. Harbour Fresh opens for lunch Friday and Saturday from 11.30am to 2pm; dinner from 5.30pm to 9pm. Gusti opens for dinner Friday and Saturday from 5.30pm to 9pm.
