Twin Towns’ stylish seafood restaurant on Level 1, Harbour Fresh, has introduced a new dining offer that allows you to choose from a sophisticated set menu of premium dishes at a special price of $40 per person.

The offer includes two courses, entrée and main, and a side dish.

For your entrée, choose from Mussels in garlic, white wine and cream sauce, Salt & Pepper Squid with roasted red pepper, lime and capers, Pan-seared Scallops with basil popcorn and sweetcorn puree, and a vegetarian option, Local Burrata Cheese with heirloom beetroot and toasted hazelnuts.

Three of the restaurant’s most popular ‘Fresh off the Hook’ seafood selections are on the list for your main course – Gold Band Snapper, Saltwater Barramundi or Ora King Salmon, pan-seared, crumbed or battered. For meat lovers, there’s tender and flavoursome Ranger’s Valley Wagyu Rump, grilled to perfection and served with a choice of sauces.

One side dish per person is also included in the offer. Choices are wild rocket, pear and parmesan salad, beer-battered fries, beer-battered onion rings or freshly steamed seasonal vegetables.

The offer is available for dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evenings and you must book before 12pm or earlier on the day you choose to dine to receive the special offer. Harbour Fresh opens at 5.30pm. Book on 1800 014 014 or online.
