TWIN TOWNS
JUST THREE STEPS TO CROSS THE BORDER

Twin Towns and the Resort may appear to sit right on the border when in fact, they are a few metres south of the border in NSW.
For many people, crossing the border may be easier than they think, provided they meet the requirements and follow the right steps!
If you’re a Gold Coast local or live within the QLD/NSW border bubble and you DO meet the requirements, at the time of writing, you can visit Twin Towns when you like.
Hundreds of eligible members and club visitors travel across the border every day to Twin Towns, for a day or night out, for lunch or dinner, to relax and catch up with family or friends.

Eligible local residents can also stay the night at Mantra Twin Towns.
Border delays are nowhere near what they were some weeks back since the introduction of the Border Zone Declaration pass. Many Southern Gold Coasters who have a pass regularly walk to the Club or use public transport to make their way to Coolangatta.
You must ensure you meet the criteria and if you have any questions about whether you can or can’t, it’s always best to contact the relevant State Health Department.
Here are the easy steps we suggest you follow.

ACCESS IS EASY

CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY TO CROSS THE BORDER

Check the maps on the Qld Health website. The second page has all the Gold Coast suburbs included in the border bubble.

If you’re in the bubble and meet the requirements, download a Qld Border Zone Declaration pass for each person travelling here.

Keep an up-to-date copy in your car, on your phone or make sure it’s with you at all times if you’re walking. Be sure to keep up with any changes to border crossing restrictions as they occur.
