Twin Towns and Wolf Blass Wines proudly present the latest event in the winemaker’s dinner series, this time at Gusti d’Italia on Thursday 19 September from 6.30pm. The five-course culinary experience features a menu inspired by the flavours of contemporary Italian dining, with each dish perfectly paired with Wolf Blass Makers’ Project wines.
Makers’ Project is a new and exclusive premium range that celebrates craft, education and innovation in winemaking. These wines are currently unavailable in the marketplace and this will be the first Wolf Blass winemaker’s dinner in Australia to showcase them.
The Makers’ Project range has been described as, “Pushing the boundaries, and left of centre”.
One of the wines diners will get to try on the night is the new Wolf Blass Pink Pinot Grigio. Whilst this new variety is huge in the US, Wolf Blass is the first to produce one in Australia. Wolf Blass winemakers believe it has huge potential.
