TERMS + CONDITIONS

• Booking office opening hours – 7 days 9.00am to 5.00pm (operates on QLD time during DST)
• Show tickets are issued subject to Club Rules and as such patrons must comply with entrance requirements. Identification is required.
• The purchase of show tickets does not guarantee entry to the Club.
• There is no exchange or refund on tickets.
• Smoking is not permitted in the Showroom.
• Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult, as deemed by management of the Club, at all times.
• The maximum number of minors a responsible adult can have in their care is five.
• Please note, confirmation with the Booking Office that these shows will proceed is recommended prior to the presentation of the show. However, if you have registered on our online booking system, we will be able to contact you, should there be a cancellation.
• All Members’s Melodies have allocated seating.
• Membership cards must be shown on entry to the Showroom on the day of the show.
• All shows run on QLD time during DST
• Shows are subject to change at anytime.
